In Texas, most new home builders provide a 3% fee to the buyer's agent based on the selling price of the new home at closing. Without a buyer's agent, the buyer will not receive a discounted selling price that includes this fee. At VastuAmerica Group, we credit a significant portion of this buyer's agent fee as a rebate amount or cashback contribution towards the closing of a new builder home. This amount is not considered as taxable income for the recipient, as it is applied to offset closing costs and/or upgrade expenses.

For existing home buying/listing, we may offer a fee discount based on the quick and efficient closing of the transaction with reduced efforts compared to a typical real estate transaction of a similar nature. We would rebate a portion of our fees back to you at closing based on the time and efforts saved.
